Blantyre Victoria are delighted to announce the following contract extensions ahead of 2020/21 season:
Garry Campbell has extended his contract with his contract with the Vics until 2021 meaning he will remain in Blantyre for a fifth season at the club. The captain this season surpassed the 100 appearances mark and looks to add many more to his tally.
Nadeem Zeb has now scored goals for the Vics in the 4th, 3rd and 2nd tiers of the West Region and as we push for promotion to the Premiership, Nad looks to make club history by scoring in the top tier. He has committed to at least one more year in the Vics blue.
Dale Jones is currently in his fourth season at the Blantyre Vics and the 2018 Player of the Year is set to make it a fifth as he has signed on for the 2020/21 season.
The young hot-prospect who joined the Vics in 2016 as a central midfielder has now firmly stamped his authority in John Gibson's squad - as a centre-back. Craig Kerr (Yaya) has shown no hesitation in signing with the club for the 2020/21 season.
A new edition to the team at the beginning of this season, Gavin Millar has shown exactly why John Gibson was so eager to get him from East Kilbride F.C. There is much more to look forward to as the winger has committed to one more year at the club.
With 50 appearances, 33 goals and 20 assists in Vics colours, Lewis MacDonald has proved to be one of the key players in the current squad. Originally a winger, where he racked up the assists last season, he is now scoring goals for fun as a centre-forward. Vics fans will be delighted that Lewy is staying for at least another year.
